Dear fellow parents of the Class
of 2008 (December 2007)
In six short months our sons and daughters will be
graduating from
Our students have chosen to go to the Battle Creek
Courthouse after graduation. We have reserved the facility at a rental cost of
$2,200. Now that we have the facility, we need to provide activities, food,
prizes and goodie bags for the kids. Chaperones will also be needed the night
of the party. We estimate we need to raise approximately $8,000for the party.
Things
you need to know:
* Our next parent meeting is December 11
at 7 pm. We have been meeting in a classroom near the main office. All parents
are welcome to attend.
* We have a Student Body account at the
high school - this allows any donations to be tax deductible
* We need ideas for and assistance with
fundraising - we have along way to go
* We are continuing to sell Entertainment
Books. If you would like to buy one or sell some contact Cindy at 503-769-6657 If
you are unable to help with any of the fundraising, planning or working on the
committees we request that you make a monetary donation to the party. We suggest $80 - $100 per student. (yes, it really does cost that much per student for the
party) However, any monetary donation is appreciated.
