Project #1: Personal Web Page

Assignment: You are to build a personal web page that deals with an interest or hobby
that you have. I would like for you to experiment with the different HTML tags that we
have been using to see how they really look on the Internet.

The project is to include:

1. At least 6 pages that are linked together
2. Have one “home page” named home-myname.html
3. At least one page is to have a background graphic
4. At least one page is to have a background color
5. You are to use both text links and graphic links
6. Each page should have navigation links that at least take the viewer back to home page
7. You are to have at least one table
8. At least one list using the list tags.

Also:

• It will be also graded on appearance, creativity and content.
• Due Date: April 20, 2008

Your project is not to have:

• Questionable text or graphics
• Personal information such as home address, telephone number or email address

Save your project in its own folder called “personal web page.” All pages and graphics will be saved in here.
